基于电磁带隙结构的电源板高频噪声抑制设计

摘要 文章介绍了一种基于“构形理论”设计H形电源分配网络,结合EBG结构组成PCB电源板为电子器件供电设计方法,分析了电磁带隙结构基本工作原理,完成设计EBG电源板第零级到第二级H形电源分配网络,为EBG结构供电。经过仿真对比分析H型电源板直流特性和电源板整体噪声抑制效果,验证了该设计思路的合理性和有效性。 This paper introduces a design method of H-shaped power distribution network based on " construction theory", analyzes the fundamental principles of electromagnetic band gap structure, and designs the power distribution network of EBG power panel from zero level to first level and provides the power to EBG structure based on the method that PCB power panel consisting of EBG structure provides the power to electronic. Finally, through the simulation and contrastive analysis of the characteristics of H-shaped power supply board and the o- verall noise suppression effect, the results obtained show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
