摘要
校准间隔影响因素分析是进行校准间隔确定和调整的基础。以系统理论为指导,进行专家调研和咨询,了解不同环境、不同水平的仪器设备校准间隔变化的规律,总结出影响仪器设备校准间隔变化的主要因素,并在此基础上构建校准间隔影响因素指标体系。在设置调研表,收集调查数据的基础上运用层次分析法对影响校准间隔的定性指标进行量化处理,为今后开展精确校准间隔分析奠定了数据基础,解决了校准间隔分析缺乏定性因素的问题。
The analysis of calibration interval affected factors is the basis of calibration interval determination and adjustment. Under the guidance of system theory, this paper consults with experts, understands the rules for calibration interval of the different level equipments in different conditions, summarizes the main factors that af- fect equipment calibration interval and develops its index system. Based on the designs of survey and the survey data collection, quantitative processing of the qualitative indexes affecting the calibration interval is made by AHP, which establishes the data foundation and solves the problem of lack of qualitative factors for calibration interval analysis.
