摘要
目的:研究妊娠中晚期合并子宫附件囊肿患者发生急腹症的护理方法与效果。方法:选取我院2013年11月~2015年2月妊娠中晚期合并子宫附件囊肿发生急腹症的患者20例为研究对象,对其进行科学合理的综合护理,对其护理效果进行研究分析。结果:护理后,所有患者均治愈,没有并发症出现,护理满意度高达95%。结论:综合护理在妊娠中晚期合并子宫附件囊肿患者发生急腹症护理中的应用效果显著,值得推广。
Objective.. To study the nursing method and effect of pregnancy complicated with uterine adnexal cysts in patients with acute abdomen. Methods.. select 20 cases in our hospital from November 2013 to February 2015 in late pregnancy with adnexal cysts of acute abdomen patients as the research object, carries on the science reasonable nursing intervention, to analyze the effect of nursing. Results after nursing, all patients were cured without complications, nursing satisfaction as high as 95 %. conclusion., comprehensive nursing in patients with late pregnancy uterine adnexa cyst nursing of acute abdomen application effect is remarkable, is worth popularizing widely.
