摘要
创新性地首次在车夹具设计中运用弹簧预定位和压紧机构,实现了涨紧力大小的可控。新结构几乎消除了薄壁工件的非弹性变形,实现了薄壁工件的高精度加工。
In this paper,the pre-location mechanism which is made of spring and some special parts and the holddown mechanism with special structure are first creatively adopted in the design of the turning fixture. This new-type structure can control the clamping force and nearly eliminates the non-elastic deformation,and the high-precise production of the thin-walled part comes true.
