摘要
利用SolidWorks建立电主轴产品元件的三维实体模型,在虚拟现实软件Deep Exploration仿真平台上,利用Visual Basic将系统各模块高度集成,形成一个完整的虚拟教学系统。该系统可直观、真实、多角度地再现数控机床电主轴的拆卸和装配过程以及各零部件的三维模型,不仅有助于提高高校学生及企业员工的教学培训效果,同时在新产品的开发、展示,保证新产品的一次开发成功、及时发现产品设计中的问题等方面也具有重要作用。
Using SolidWorks to establish three-dimensional solid element electric spindle model,virtual reality software Deep Exploration as the simulation platform,based on the Visual Basic of each module of the system is highly integrated,forming a complete virtual teaching system. It can intuitively,realistically and multi-angle show the reproduction of the CNC machine tool spindle dismantling and assembly process and the three-dimensional model of various parts. This system not only can help the teaching of college student and enterprise staff training,but also plays an important role in the development of new products to guarantee a successful development of new products.
