摘要
切屑问题是不锈钢材料微钻削加工的主要难点之一。不锈钢微钻削生成的切屑易缠绕在微钻上,断屑和排屑非常困难。通过实验观察了0Cr18Ni9不锈钢微钻削过程中产生的切屑形态,考察了切削速度和进给速度对切屑形态的影响规律;借助有限元软件对切屑的形成过程进行了仿真分析和理论分析。
Chip problem is one of the main difficulties in the micro-drilling of stainless steel material. In the process of micro-drilling of stainless steel material,the chips are prone to tangle on the micro-drill,it is difficult to break and evacuate the chips. In this paper,the chip morphologies in the micro-drilling of 0Cr18Ni9 stainless steel were observed,and the influence of cutting speed and feed speed on the chip morphology were studied. Based on the FEM analysis software,the chip formation process was analyzed through simulation and theoretical analysis.
