摘要
根据三相电特性对电源模块内部的主要元件IGBT晶体管和续流二极管的导通时序进行分析,论述了三相电整流成直流电及电压提升到直流母线额定电压的过程,并根据IGBT晶体管的导通特性,总结了两种关于电源模块及功率模块的诊断方法。
Analyze the turn-on sequence of power transistor IGBT and freewheeling diode by the characteristics of three-phase power. Discuss how the three-phase power is rectified to direct current and how the voltage is raised to the rated voltage of the DC bus. Two kinds of diagnosis methods about the power source module and the power module are summarized according to the conduction characteristics of the IGBT transistor.
