The Design of a High Frequency Switching Supply Transformer

摘要 分析了单管反激式开关电源的工作原理,提出了高频开关电源变压器工作过程中主要变量(原副方电流、电压、匝数比以及开关占空比)的计算方法,介绍了设计的几个基本规则.采用电流型双闭环PWM控制器VC3842,给出了一种简单的他激式单管反激型开关电源的设计实例.实验结果表明,电源性能良好. The operating principle of the reversly activated switching supply with single MOSFET is analyzed. The calculating methods for the primary and secondary currents, the voltage and the turns ratio of the high frequency switching transformer as weel as the duty ratio of the switch are presented. Some basic design rules for the transformer are given. The design of a reversely activated simple switching supply with a current type double closed loops PWM controller is given. Experimental results show that the performance is good.
