摘要
针对不同重量车轮的装配问题,提出了一种新型机械手气动控制系统,该控制系统通过对减压阀的结构进行改良,仅用一个平衡回路完成空载和负载之间的无级切换,并且能对不同重量的车轮进行无级平衡调整,从而实现负载范围内任何重量车轮的弹性浮动,满足不同负载全程无重力化操作的需求。此外,该控制系统还具备低压重载保护、负载指示以及防误碰等功能,具有冲击作用小、稳定性高、安全性好和操作简便等优点,为以后设计研究装配机械手提供了应用价值。
This paper designs a pneumatic control system for the assembly problem of the different weight wheel. It can switch discretionarily between no-load and load with only one balance circuit by improving the structure of the pressure reducing valve. It also can make every different weight wheel balance and suspend,and meets the requirement of non-gravity operation. Besides,the control system has the function of low pressure protection,overload protection,load indication and false touch prevention. It has the advantages of small shock to the circuit,high stability,good security and simple operation,which provides application value for the further study and design of assembly manipulator.
