摘要
物流管理专业现代学徒制人才培养实践要求专业知识教育与企业技能培训深度融合。但高职院校物流管理专业现代学徒制人才培养实践现状与问题仍然存在,如专业教学目标与现代学徒制培养目标不对接、专业课程体系设计与企业岗位技能接口不吻合、专业"双师型"教师的实际指导效果并不理想、现代学徒制培养阶段中的过程性评价体系不完善等,以嘉兴职业技术学院为例对高职院校物流专业进行现代学徒制人才培养实践进行了过程分析,提出了进行现代学徒制人才培养实践的对策,如深化校企合作,共同制定物流专业学徒制人才培养标准、构建与企业岗位技能相匹配的专业课程体系、企业师傅与专业教师共同组建学徒制教师队伍、建立体现过程性的学徒培养质量评价体系等。
The training practice of modem apprenticeship sys- tem in ologistics management requires the deep integration of professional knowledge education and enterprise skills training. But the logistics management major of vocational collegesmodem apprenticeship training status and problems still exist in practice, such as teaching objectives and modem appren- ticeship training target docking, curriculum system design and business skills and professional interface is not consistent with the "Double Teachers" practical guidance effect is not ideal, modem apprenticeship training stage the process of evaluation system is not perfect and so on, taking Jiaxing Vocational and Technical College as an example of modem apprenticeship training practice process analysis of logistics specialty in high- er vocational colleges, puts forward the practical countemea- sures to cultivate modem apprenticeship class talents, such as deepening school enterprise cooperation, joint development of logistics professional apprenticeship talents training standards, curriculum system construction, phase with enterprise job skills and professional teachers to master enterprise jointly set up the apprenticeship system of teachers, construction cultivate the quality of appreniceship and the quality evaluation system.
