Endoscopic radiofrequency ablation combined with metallic stent implantation in the treatment of malignant biliary obstruction after liver transplantation

1临床资料 患者男，60岁，因肝移植术后6年，发现皮肤、巩膜黄染2周入院。患者6年前因乙型病毒性肝炎肝硬化在我院行肝移植，术后规律服用免疫抑制剂和抗HBV药物，定期复查，移植肝脏功能良好。
