虚拟企业的特点和利弊分析

摘要 在现代市场环境下,买方市场逐渐成为主流。在这一趋势下,企业的成功与否往往取决于他们对市场方向的把握,即买方的消费者偏好。虚拟企业的经营模式正是以市场机遇和买方需求为导向的新兴管理模式,其在中国的发展还只是在探索阶段。本文主要介绍了虚拟企业的起源和一个作者认同的定义(虚拟企业的定义仍有争议),分析了其特点和管理模式,并对其进行了利弊讨论。
