摘要 基于相关行业标准规定的试验方法及技术参数要求,研制了煤矿用塑料管材耐压性能专用试验装置。该试验装置由压力主机、恒温水浴装置、夹紧密封装置组成,并以电液控制技术为依托、综合应用可编程控制器(PLC)控制技术及模糊PID自适应控制技术,实现试验过程恒温、恒压控制。软件部分基于VB语言开发了与试验标准相匹配的测控体系及人机交互界面,具备试验过程自动控制、数据实时显示、试验报告自动生成及输出功能。重点介绍其结构组成、功能原理及控制方式。试验结果表明,该装置建立的水压闭环控制系统,恒压误差在+2%^-1%之间,不仅满足标准要求,而且恒压调控过程平稳,水压波动小,避免了水击振荡现象。 Based on the test methods and technical parameters of the relevant industry standards, a special test device for the pressure resistance of plastic pipes used in coal mines is developed. The test device is composed of pressure machine, constant temperature water bath device, clamping sealing device. Based on the electro-hydraulic control technology, integrated applied programmable logic controller (PLC) control technology and fuzzy PID adaptive control technology to achieve constant temperature and constant pressure control. Based on the VB language , the software system has developed the measurement and control system and the human-computer interaction interface, it has the function of automatic control, real-time data display, automatic report generation and output. Introduced the structure, function principle and control mode. The test results show that in the closed- loop control system, the constant pressure error is between +2% and - 1%, not only meet the requirements of the standard, but also the process of constant pressure control is stable, the water pressure fluctuation is limited, and the phenomenon of water hammer oscillation is avoided.
