摘要
针对某型矿车发动机的活塞易出现蚀变的问题,提出了一种基于形线测量、椭圆度测量、油道检测、金相分析、合金元素检测及硬度测试的试验研究方案。结果表明,活塞顶端的形线和椭圆度均符合要求,油道无铸造缺陷,合金元素无偏析,活塞蚀变的主要原因为冷却和润滑系统故障,这对于提高矿车发动机工作的可靠性有着重要的意义。
Aiming at the alteration problem on engine piston of a certain mine vehicle. The experimental research project has been presented based on measurements of shape line and ellipticity, oil passage check, metallographic analysis, alloying element detection and hardness test. Experimental result showed that the main cause of the alteration problem was the fault of cooling and lubrication system, in the same time, the shape line and ellipticity of the piston' s top conform to the requirement, no casting defect in the oil passage, no segregation of the alloying elements. The study has improved the reliability of the game.
