采煤机截割部行星架疲劳寿命分析 被引量:2

摘要 为研究采煤机截割部行星架在实际工况下的疲劳寿命,根据煤岩截割理论,构建滚筒承载力与力矩的数学模型,使用Matlab求解。运用Ansys Workbench对采煤机行星架进行动力学分析,将负载扭矩以时间序列的形式施加在行星架上,并将结果文件导入Ncode中进行截割部行星架寿命预测。仿真结果表明:输出轴与侧壁板连接处寿命较小,说明此处存在应力集中现象。 In order to study the fatigue life of the planet carrier of shearer' s cutting unit in working conditions, on the basis of coal and rock cutting theory, the mathematical models of forces and moments loading on the shearer drum were established and Matlab was used to solve. Using Ansys Workbench the dynamic analysis of the plant carrier was carried out. The loading torque was set on in the form of time series, and result file was imported into Ncode to predict the life of the planet carrier. The simulation result shows that the service life at the connection point of the output shaft and the side panel is relatively short, which indicates the existence of stress concentration.
