摘要
分析弹性体主要结构参数对传感器性能的影响,提出对矿用提升钢丝绳动态张力监测传感器弹性体部分进行优化方案,结合正交试验方法对弹性体结构进行优化设计,得到了弹性体的最优结构。
Based on the analysis of influence of main structural parameter of the elastomer on the performance of the sensor, put forward the optimal project of the dynamic tension sensor for mining hoisting rope. Using the orthogonal test method, the structural parameters of sensor elastomer have been optimized.
