数字化无模铸造技术在采煤机导向滑靴铸造中的应用

摘要 采用数字化无模铸造技术可以提高采煤机研发效率,保证产品质量。着重介绍了数字化无模铸造技术的系统组成和原理,并阐述了无模铸造成型技术在铸造采煤机导向滑靴上的应用。试验结果表明,无模铸造成型技术节约了木模制造费用,缩短了产品开发时间,提高了产品研发效率,适用于采煤机单件、小批量零件的铸造,具有较好的推广应用前景。 In order to improve the development efficiency and guarantee the product quality, the digital patternless casting technology was applied. Introduced the system component and principle of the digital patternless casting technology, and expounded the application of the digital patternless casting technology in the guide sliding shoe on shearer. The analysis of the experimental results shows that the technology can save wood manufacturing cost, shorten the product development time, improve product development efficiency. The technology has a good promotion prospect for single piece and small batch casting for shearer.
