煤矿井下电动葫芦拖缆装置的研制

摘要 电动葫芦为煤矿井下起吊作业时必备的设备,在安装设计时均采用手持式有线控制器操作,在使用过程中,随着电动葫芦的移动进行拖拽,其电源电缆及控制电缆必须安设专人。井下作业时,检修点积水、空间狭小,容易造成电源电缆拖在积水中,并造成对电源电缆挤压损伤,影响安全生产。为此改造设计了无线遥控装置,即把无线接收装置接入电动葫芦的控制回路,用接收装置内继电器控制板进行控制,两台电动葫芦无线控制装置采用不同频率的电路板,以避免误动作。该遥控装置研制改造后,经实际应用,既减轻了劳动强度,又提高了检修效率,同时提高了经济效益。 Electric hoist is essential equipment during hoisting operation for coal mine, handheld cable controller operation is used necessarily both in the design and installation. During the using process, the mobile electric hoist drag the power cable and control cable must be installed by special staff. Due to the underground operation, the repair point of water, small space, easy to cause the power cable dragged in the water, and cause the power cable extrusion damage wireless receiving , affect the safety of production. The wireless remote control device design, the control loop is device access of electric hoist, a receiving device in relay control board, two electric hoist wireless control device of circuit board with different frequency, in order to avoid mishandling. After the development of the remote control device, the utility model not only improves the maintenance efficiency, but also reduces the labor intensity and improves the economic benefit.
