摘要
选用高强度涤纶工业长丝作为经线,锦纶工业长丝作纬线编织整体带芯,采用真空浸渍、有机热载体加热塑化整体带芯工艺,利用热塑性弹性体和挤出贴面成型动态硫化技术,生产出的高强力整芯阻燃输送带成槽性能好,输送角度大,可满足输送机60°槽角和31°倾角的使用要求。
A strong solid-woven-core, flame-retarded conveying belt makes features of excellent flexibility of forming trough and big conveying inclination, and meet the needs for conveyor with 60°trough angle and 31° conveying inclination. It is produced by taking high-strength polyester fiber industrial filament as wrap and polyamide fiber industrial filament as weft to weave the solid-woven core and going through vacuum impregnate,plasticization by organic heat transfer heating, and dynamic valcanization by technology of thermo-plastic and elastic (TPE) extrusion coating.
