摘要
为研究打叶去梗过程中大中片率与经济指标、叶中含梗率的关系,确立适宜的叶片结构控制指标,进行了不同大中片率的打叶去梗试验。结果表明,随着大中片率的提高,出片率、产品得率、叶中含梗率升高,碎片比例、梗中含叶率降低,打叶造碎减少。大中片率并非越高越好,过高则叶中含梗率高,过低则造碎更大,出片率更低,这对整体打叶质量是不经济的,因而应控制大中片率在适宜范围。
In order to study the relationship between the large particle(〉12.7mm)content and the economic indexand the stem content in lamina,the optimal control index of blade structure was established. The results showedthat,with the improvement of large particle(〉12.7mm)content,strip yield,the yield of product and stem contentin lamina were increased,the percentage of fragments,the percentage of leaves in the stem was decreased,and thenumber of leaves was reduced. Large particle(〉12.7mm)content is not the higher the better,but stem content inlamina is high,too low is made larger,the strip yield is lower and the leaf to the whole quality is not economic,soshould be controlled in appropriate range of large particle(〉12.7mm)content.
