实践性学科的就业现状思考与建议——以园艺专业为例

Thinking and Advices on Current Employment Situation of the Practical Subjects: Focusing on the Horticulture Major

园艺专业是我国农业类院校的主要专业,也是我国发展园艺产业相关人才培养的基础。然而园艺专业毕业生较低的就业率一直困扰着园艺专业的发展。为了缓解这一现状引发的矛盾,笔者将以园艺专业的招生到就业的情况和问题进行讨论和分析,从而提出关于解决园艺专业就业问题的思考和建议。

Horticulture is the essential major for the agriculture academies. The training of horticultural talents is thebasis for developing horticultural industry. However,the relative low employment rate of the horticultural graduateshas prevented the development of horticulture major. In order to explore the solutions for this dilemma,the authordiscusses and analyzes the circumstances and problems for the Horticulture major from the recruitment to the em-ployment processes,giving the solutions for the employment issues of the horticultural students.
