雌激素联合甲硝唑治疗萎缩性阴道炎的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察在萎缩性阴道炎的治疗中雌激素与甲硝唑共同使用的临床效果。方法选取医院收治的萎缩性阴道炎患者68例,以用药不同分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,观察组在对照组基础上同时使用雌激素治疗,2组分别在用药前后空腹抽血测量血清中激素水平,观察2组治疗前后阴道白带清洁度情况及临床治疗效果。结果用药后,观察组E_2、FSH水平升高,LH水平降低,与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。观察组总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的67.65%(P<0.05)。观察组阴道清洁度Ⅰ度44.12%和Ⅱ度41.18%者高于对照组的17.65%、29.41%(P<0.05)。结论在萎缩性阴道炎的治疗中甲硝唑与雌激素共同作用可改善患者的激素水平,提高阴道免疫力,进一步提高临床疗效,在临床应用中具有重要意义。 Objective To evaluate the effect of concurrent/lse of estrogen and metronidazole in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis. Methods 68 cases of patients with senile vaginitis admitted to our hospital were treated. The patients were randomly divided into two groups by different meditations with 34 cases in each group. The patients treated with metronidazole were served as the control group and the patients treated with metronidazole and estrogen were served as the experimental group. The two groups were measured fasting blood serum levels of hormones before and after treatment. To vaginal leucorrhea cleanliness and clinical treatment effect of the two groups before and after treatment. Results After medication, the observation group E2,FSH,levels increased, LH levels decreased, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 〈0.05). The total effective rate was 94. 12% in the observation group,which was 67.65% higher than that in the control group (P 〈0.05). The level of vaginal cleanliness (44.12%) and Ⅱ degree (41.18%) in the observation group were higher than those in the control group 17.65 % and 29.41% ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion In the treatment of atrophic vaginitis, metronidazole and estrogen can improve patients' hormone levels and vaginal immunity, and further improve clinical efficacy and it is of great significance in clinical application.
