SLJ系列传感器多通道信号解调仪研制

Development of multichannel signal demodulator for SLJ series sensors

摘要 针对SLJ系列传感器在多通道使用时,由于缺少电源供应系统,快速切换信号输出选择易出现错误接线,从而导致传感器过载问题,自主研发了集成化信号解调仪,介绍了硬件组成及功能,并在实验教学和实际工程应用检验了其工作性能,所研发的多通道信号调解仪达到了预期效果,制作方法也可推广到类似实验仪器设备。 As the wrong wiring in the fast switching signal output is easy to occur due to the lack of power supply system when the SLJ series sensors are used in multi-channels,which leads to the sensor overload problems,an integrated signal demodulator has been developed independently.Its hardware composition and function are introduced,and its performance is tested in experimental teaching and practical engineering.The developed multi-channel signal demodulator has achieved the desired results,and the manufacturing method can also be extended to the development of the similar experimental instruments and equipment.
