Learning on management of chemical laboratory in University of Utah(USA)

以美国犹他大学化学实验室为主要研究对象,介绍了美国高校环境、安全与健康管理体系(简称EHS)的组成、管理模式、网站内容等信息,并详细介绍了EHS在犹他大学化学实验室安全管理中的应用,然后结合目前我国高校安全管理存在的主要问题,提出了高校安全管理机构、网络、安全培训、药品管理及废弃物管理等方面建设的具体措施,为高校化学实验室安全管理建设提出了参考思路。

Taking the chemical laboratory in the University of Utah as the main research object,this paper introduces the composition of the management system of environment,health and safety（EHS）,the management mode,website content and other information in American universities,and discusses the application of EHS in safety management of the chemical laboratory in the University of Utah.Then combined with the main problems existing in the university safety management in China,the concrete measures are proposed for the construction of the safety management institutions,network,safety training,drug management,waste management,etc.,providing some reference ideas for the construction of the safety management of university chemical laboratories.
