壮药扁担藤薄层色谱鉴别研究

Study on Identification of Thin Layer Chromatography of Tetrastigma planicaule(Hook.F.) Gagnep

目的:建立壮药扁担藤的薄层色谱定性鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法,分别对壮药扁担藤药材根、茎、叶部位的粉末进行鉴别试验。结果:在相同的提取和鉴别条件下,壮药扁担藤的薄层色谱鉴别分离效果良好。结论:该方法可用于壮药扁担藤的鉴别。

Objective The method of qualitative identification of thin layer chromatography of Tetrastigma planicaule （ Hook. F. ） Gagnep. Methods The powder of root, stem and leaf was tested by thin layer chromatography, respectively, of Tetrastigma planicaule （Hook. F. ） Gagnep. Results Under the same extraction and identification conditions, the thin layer chromatography of Tetrastigma planicaule （Hook. F. ） Gagnep. was effective. Conclusion There are significant differences in the content of Tetraztigma planicaule （ Hook. F. ） Gagnep.
