血塞通注射液指纹图谱的聚类分析及溶血性相关分析

Correlation Analysis on Hierarchical Cluster Analysis of Xuesaitong Injection's Fingerprint and Hemolytic

目的:研究血塞通注射液的HPLC指纹图谱,并进行聚类分析,探讨品种的聚类分析与溶血性的相关性。方法:建立血塞通注射液的HPLC指纹图谱,对10批样品相对峰面积进行聚类,并进行溶血率测定。结果:根据聚类分析结果,可将血塞通注射液样品分为3类,与溶血性测定结果相似。结论:血塞通注射液的HPLC指纹图谱聚类分析结果与溶血性结果有一定相关性。

Objective To investigate HPLC fingerprint of Xuesaitong injection, get the result of hierarchical cluster analysis, and discuss the correlation analysis on hierarchical cluster analysis and hemolytic. Methods HPLC fingerprint of Xuesaitong injection was established, relative peak area of 10 sample were applied to grade by Hierarchical Cluster Analysis, and calculate hemolytic rate. Re- suits The Xuesaitong injection could be divided into three grades through the result s of hierarchical cluster analysis, which it＇s similar to hemolytic determination results. Conclusion The result of Xuesaitong injection＇s fingerprint hierarchical cluster and hemolytic have a certain correlation.
