摘要
目的:建立金沙藤叶的光谱鉴别方法,为金沙藤的进一步研究与应用提供实验依据。方法:采用冷浸法、回流法和超声提取法制备样品溶液;采用紫外-可见光谱法测定其零阶、一阶、二阶导数光谱。结果:金沙藤叶的不同溶剂提取液均具有吸收且各种溶剂提取液的最大吸收波长也略有不同;不同提取方式的提取液的特征吸收峰差别不大,其中以回流提取法较好。结论:该方法简便、快速,可为金沙藤药材进一步深入的研究提供实验依据。
Objective Establish a method for the identification of the leaves of Herba Lygodii, and to provide the experimental ba- sis for further research and application of Herba Lygodii. Methods Using cold soak method, reflux method and ultrasonic extraction of sample prepared by solution. The zero, first and two order derivative spectra were determined by Uhraviolet - visible spectroscopy. Results Different solvent extracts of the leaves of Herba Lygodii had the maximum absorption wavelength and absorption of various sol- vent extracts from slightly different characteristics ; Different extraction way to extract the characteristic absorption peak had little differ- ence, but the reflux method was better than them. Conclusion This method is simple and rapid, which can provide the experimental basis for further study of the Herba Lygodii.
