番茄籽油对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖、糖耐量和抗氧化作用研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察番茄籽油对四氧嘧啶糖尿病小鼠血糖、糖耐量、肝脏组织抗氧化的影响。方法:采用尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶建立糖尿病小鼠模型。随机分为5组,正常组、糖尿病模型组、盐酸二甲双胍阳性对照组(0.25g/kg)、番茄籽油低剂量组(1.8g/kg)、番茄籽油高剂量组(3.6g/kg),每组10只。每天灌胃1次,共20d。血糖试纸法测定给药前后各组小鼠的血糖水平。造模20d后,进行糖耐量实验,并测定肝脏组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)水平。结果:番茄籽油高、低剂量组均能降低糖尿病小鼠血糖,改善其糖耐量,且呈一定量效关系。与糖尿病模型组相比,番茄籽油高、低剂量组可降低糖尿病小鼠肝脏组织中MDA含量、增加SOD、GSH-Px水平(P<0.05)。结论:番茄籽油可以降低糖尿病小鼠血糖,对糖尿病小鼠糖耐量有改善作用,机制可能与通过调控MDA、SOD、GSH-Px水平有关。 Objective To observe the effect of tomato seed oil on blood glucose, glucose tolerance and antioxidant ability in dia- betic mice by alloxan. Methods Diabetes was established by tail vein injection of alloxan. Dividing the mice into normal group, dia- betes group, the metformin hydrochloride group (0. 25g/kg), tomato seed oil high, low dose groups (3.6g/kg, 1.8g/kg). Each group of 10, drug was ig administered to mice once daily for 20 days. Blood glucose test paper was used to measure blood of mice tail. Building after 20 days, glucose tolerance and the content MDA, the activity of SOD, GSH - PX in liver tissue were determined. Re- suits Compared with model, tomato seed oil high, low dose groups could decrease blood glucose, and improve glucose tolerance, the content MDA was decreased, the activity of SOD, GSH - PX were significantly increased, and showed a certain dose - effect relation- ship. Conclusion The tomato seed oil can reduce the blood sugar content and improve the glucose tolerance in mice with diabetes, mechanism may be related to by regulating the MAD, SOD, GSH - PX levels.
