食管微量射频治疗胃食管反流病伴鼻部症状疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effect of esophagus low-level radiofrequency in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease patients associated with nasal symptoms

目的 探讨胃食管反流病鼻部症状的表现及食管微量射频治疗的疗效.方法 回顾性分析2006年4月至2007年7月,就诊于解放军第二炮兵总医院胃食管反流病科并行食管微量射频治疗的370例胃食管反流病（GERD）患者临床资料,对治疗前后鼻部症状进行统计分析.结果 370例GERD患者中,有120例（32.4%）伴有鼻部症状,包括流清涕、打喷嚏、鼻塞、打鼾、鼻滴后流及其他症状;治疗后,不同鼻部症状评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）;70例（59.9%）治疗有效,不同鼻部症状显效率19.6%~29.2%,缓解率27.8%~50.0%,无效率25.0%~52.2%.结论 GERD可以引起鼻部症状,食管微量射频治疗疗效确切.

Objective To observe the 3 ficacy of low-level radiofrequency in treatment ofgastroesophageal reflux disease （ GERP） patients associated witli nasal symptoms. Methods 370 patients with GERPwho underwent radiofrequency treatment during April 2006 to July 2007 were enrolled, and the nasal symptoms in the patients were analyzed before and after treatment. Results Am120 patients（32. 4%） were associated with nasal symptoms, including watery nasal discharge, sneeze, nasal obstruction, snore, post nasal drip, and other discomfort. After treatment, the scores of different nasal symptom were lower than before treatment, and the differences were significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . The nasal symptomimproved in 70 cases（ 59. 9% ）, and the efficacy rate in the patients was 19. 9 % to 29. 2 % , remission rate was 27. 8% to 50%, and inefficiency rate was 2 5 % to 52. 2%. Conclusion GERP can cause nasal symptoms, and esophagus low-level radiofrequency treatment is effective.
