60 例糖尿病患者优质护理临床观察

Analysis on the Effect of the High Quality Nursing Service for Diabetic Patients

目的观察优质护理对糖尿病患者的作用。方法 120例糖尿病住院患者采用数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予优质护理服务,比较两组治疗效果、护理满意度及生活质量评分。结果观察组总有效率96.67%明显高于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意度98.33%和生活质量评分(14.16±3.7)分均明显高于对照组护理满意度76.67%及生活质量评分(12.12±2.2)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者应用优质护理服务可明显提升治疗效果、护理满意度和生活质量。

Objective To study the effect of the high quality nursing service in the treatment of diabetic patients. Methods 120 patients with diabetes were selected as objects of the research. The patients were randomly divided into control group and test group,and 60 patients for each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing,while the patients in the experimental group received high quality nursing service. The effect and the satisfaction of the treatment for the nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group. And there was statistical difference between the two comparing groups（ P 〈0. 05）. As for the degree of satisfaction and the life quality for the nursing,the scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. And there was statistical difference between the two comparing groups（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The high quality nursing service in the treatment for patients with diabetes mellitus can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,the satisfaction for the nursing and the life quality.
