个性化护理对哮喘患者治疗依从性和生活质量影响

Observing the Personalized Care Treatment Adherence in Patients with Asthma and the Influence of the Life Quality

目的观察个性化护理对哮喘患者治疗依从性和生活质量的影响。方法选取200例哮喘患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各100例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施个性化护理,比较两组患者治疗依从性和生活质量的改善情况。结果观察组患者治疗依从性、生活质量显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理可提升治疗依从性及生活质量哮喘患者。

Objective To observe the implementation of personalized nursing in patients with asthma adherence,the effect of the life quality. Methods From May 2014 to May 2016,200 cases of asthma patients were treated as clinical object,and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group on the implementation of personalized nursing intervention. we observed and compared two groups of clinical patients＇ adherence to treatment and the influence on the life quality. Results Through the implementation of different nursing measures,patients＇ adherence to treatment,quality of life observation group were significantly higher than control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional nursing intervention to personalized nursing intervention,patients with asthma can improve their adherence to treatment,the life quality and the treatment effect is significant,so it can be generalized in clinic.
