贵州省是全国食用菌生产优势区,近年来食用菌产业规模发展迅速,已成为十三五时期贵州推进产业扶贫的新路径。为推进贵州食用菌产业的发展,从贵州省食用菌产业发展现状、存在问题着手,探讨了产业发展对策,以期为决策者提供参考。

Guizhou Province is the national edible fungus production advantages area. In recent years,edible fungus industry has developed rapid and become a new path to promote industrial poverty alleviation during the thirteenth five-year period of Guizhou province. At present,the market entity of the edible fungus in Guizhou province is accelerated and the embryonic form of the industrial belt has been formed,but for various reasons,there are also many problems in edible fungus industrial development. The paper starts from the present situation and existing problems of edible fungus industry in Guizhou province,and discusses the countermeasures of industrial development in order to provide support for decision makers.
