摘要
主要研究了天然橡胶(NR)/反式聚异戊二烯橡胶(TPI)体系中,不同用量TPI及不同门尼黏度TPI对减震配方硫化胶机械性能及动态性能的影响。结果表明,NR/TPI硫化胶耐屈挠疲劳性能均优于纯NR配方,并用15份TPI-80的配方6级屈挠达到122万次,增长率为226%;NR/TPI硫化胶伸张疲劳寿命均优于纯NR配方,伸张疲劳永久变形均小于纯NR配方,并用15份TPI-100的配方伸张疲劳寿命达到30.38万次,增长率为65%。
In this paper,we mainly studied the NR(natural rubber)/TPI(trans-polyisoprene rubber)system which applied to the damping formula,and studied the effect of the amount and different Mooney viscosity of TPI on mechanical properties and dynamic performanceof vulcanized rubber.The results showed that with the content of TPI increased,flex fatigue property of NR/TPI was better than pure NR formula,and when used 15 phr TPI-80 in the formula,6level flexion could reach 1 220 thousand times with the growth rate of 226%,at the same time,the fatigue permanent deformation was less than the pure NR formula;Tensile fatigue property of NR/TPI was better than pure NR formula,and when used 15 phr TPI-100 in the formula,fatigue life reached 303.8thousand times with the growth rate of 65%.
