摘要
完整的人力资本产权安排可以提高人力资本使用效率,优化资源配置效率;残缺的人力资本产权安排则会带来激励困难。模糊性产权模式、人力资本产权配置不当、制度环境不健全等因素引发中国专竞运动员人力资本的所有权、使用权、处置权和收益权等产权安排存在残缺,引起人力资本贬值的风险性增高、人力资本使用率低下、配置效率降低,导致运动员人力资本的有效供给量减少,竞技体育生产效率降低。
