摘要
目的:探讨场地自行车男子短距离运动员选材的科学性和有效性,比较优秀组与普通组及同组之间的差异。方法:跟踪测试和分析浙江省场地自行车男子短距离运动员3年间的专项能力和形态指标的变化情况。结果:(1)从最大摄氧量的变化来看,与2014年相比较,优秀组和普通组在2015年均出现显著性差异(P<0.05),与普通组相比较,优秀组在2014年出现非常显著性差异(P<0.01),在2015年出现显著性差异(P<0.05);(2)从最大无氧功率值的变化来看,普通组在2013年和2015年均出现显著性差异(P<0.05),优秀组在2013年和2014年均出现显著性差异(P<0.05),从平均无氧功率值的变化来看,普通组在2013年出现显著性差异(P<0.05),优秀组在2013年和2014年均出现显著性差异(P<0.05),优秀组与普通组在2013年出现显著性差异(P<0.05),在2014年和2015年均出现非常显著性差异(P<0.01),从平均无氧功率值的变化中看,优秀组与普通组在2013年出现显著性差异(P<0.05),在2012年、2014年和2015年均出现非常显著性差异(P<0.01);(3)从体脂百分比的变化来看,与2014年相比较,优秀组和普通组在2015年均出现显著性差异(P<0.05);优秀组与普通组在2012年出现非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:应选择有氧能力好、无氧能力强的运动员作为重点培养对象,但当运动员的竞技能力达到一定的高度时,需对运动员的体脂百分比的变化情况提升重视程度。
Objective: To explore the scientific nature and effectiveness of Talent Identification in short-distance cyclists, and comparing differences between about excellent group and ordinary group. Methods: Tracking test and analysis of the special ability and morphological index by three years. Results: (1) From the change of the vo2max,compared with 2014, excellent group and ordinary group appeared significant difference (P 〈 0.05) in 2015.good group show very significant difference (P 〈 0.01) in 2014, and a significant difference (P 〈 0.05) in 2015(2) From the change of the Maximum, the two group appeared significant difference (P 〈 0.05) in 2013 and 2015,and the excellent group appeared significant difference (P 〈 0.05) in 2013 and 2014; From the change of the Mean anaerobic power, the ordinary group appeared significant difference (P 〈 0.05) in 2013,and the excellent group appeared significant difference (P 〈 0.05) in 2013 and 2014.compared with normal group, excellent group appeared significant difference (P 〈 0.05) in 2013, and appeared very significant difference (P 〈 0.01) in 2014 and 2014.compared with normal group, excellent group appeared significant difference (P 〈 0.05) in 2013, and appeared very significant difference (P 〈 0.01) in 2012, 2012 and 2015. (3) From the change of the PBF, compared with 2014, both appeared significant difference (P〈 0.05 )in 2015.the excellent group appeared very significant differenceCP 〈0.01 )in 2012.Conclusion: Should choose good aerobic and excellent anaerobic ability of athletes to develop a target as the key, but when the athletes' competitive ability reaches a certain height, to the change of the athletes' body fat percentage increase value, Need to improve the importance of the athletes' body fat percentage changes.
