业余气排球比赛男女混合制比赛模式探讨

Study on the Model of Mixed Race of Male and Female in Amateur Gas Volleyball Competition

采用文献资料、视频观察、比较分析等研究方法,从定量和定性两个方面男女混合制气排球比赛的特征、存在的问题进行探讨。得出:男女混合制气排球比赛具有参与难度低,组织形式灵活;来回球次数多,观赏性和趣味性强;异性效应,利于业余队伍的团结和稳定;适宜开展范围广泛,能够满足不同人群的需要。存在问题:男女队员触球次数、体能消耗差距较大;男队员决定了比赛的胜负,女队员攻击性明显不足;轮换发球过于频繁,缺乏对发球技术的重视。建议:取消女子队员在限制线后扣球的规定;改发球一次便轮换为得分可连续发球。

By using the methods of literature, video observation, comparative analysis and other research methods, characteristics of Mixed Gas Volleyball from two aspects of qualitative and quantitative, the existing problems are discussed. The mixed gas volleyball has participated in the low degree of difficulty, flexible form of organization; the ball back and forth more ornamental and interesting; the specific effect, conducive to amateur team unity and stability; and suitable for a wide range, can meet the needs of different groups of people. The problems： the men and women of the ball number, physical consumption gap; the male players made the match victory, service technique suggestions： cancel the women＇s team in the limit line after spiking rules; serve a change score for continuous rotation to serve.
