摘要
在全民健身上升为国家战略的今天,关注高校体育弱势学生的身心健康,是落实体育教育"精准扶贫"的应有之义。本文通过采用文献资料、调查问卷、数理统计、实验法,以武汉纺织大学、中南民族大学、湖北经济学院、中南财经政法大学的部分体育弱势学生为研究对象,实施休闲生态模式教学方案,通过对比两年的体质测试数据,证明体育休闲生态教学模式的实施有利于高校体育弱势学生体育兴趣和休闲能力的提高。
Nowadays, public physical exercise is rising as a national strategy. It is implementing the “precise poverty alleviation” of the proper meaning of physical education to pay attention to the physical and mental health of the disadvantaged groups in college sports. In this paper, by using literature, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics, experimental method. Regarding the sports vulnerable students in Wuhan Textile University, South - Central University for Nationalities, Hubei University of Economics and Zhongnan University of Economics and Law .On the basis of the teaching of health care courses, we implement the leisure ecology teaching scheme. By comparing the physical test data two years before and after, it proves that the implementation of the ecological teaching mode of sports leisure is conducive to the improvement of sports interest and leisure ability of college students.
