社区失智老人居家照顾者照护能力及生活质量的相关性研究

Study on correlation between care ability and quality of life of home caregivers of community dementia elderly

[目的]了解社区失智老人居家照顾者照护能力、生活质量现状及两者之间的相关性。[方法]应用失智老人居家照顾者照护能力问卷、世界卫生组织生活质量简表(WHOQOL-BREF)对80名社区失智老人居家照顾者进行测评。[结果]社区失智老人居家照顾者照护能力得分(22.59±7.14)分,生活质量WHOQOL-BREF得分(48.85±6.21)分,照顾者照护能力与生活质量呈正相关(r=0.452,P<0.01)。[结论]社区失智老人居家照顾者照护能力不足、生活质量较差,社区医护人员应对居家照顾者实施照护技能培训和护理指导,给予心理支持,从而提高他们的照护能力及生活质量。

Objective:To know about the status quo of the care ability and quality of life of the caregivers of community dementia elderly and the correlation between them.Methods:Totally 80 family caregivers of senile dementia patients in community were investigated with self-complied caregiving competence questionnaire and WHOQOL-BREF questionnaires.Results:The care ability score of home caregivers of community dementia elder was(22.59±7.14),quality of life WHOQOL-BREF score was(48.85±6.21),and there was a positive correlation between care ability and quality of care(r=0.452,P<0.01).Conclusion:Home caregivers for community dementia elderly lacked of care ability,and quality of life was poor.Community health care workers should take care training for home caregivers and care guidance,to give them psychological support,so as to improve their care quality and quality of life.
