纽曼保健护理模式对老年冠心病病人自我管理能力及生活质量的影响

Effect of Neuman health care model on self management ability and quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease

[目的]探究纽曼保健护理模式对老年冠心病病人自我管理能力及生活质量的影响。[方法]采用随机数字表法将80例老年冠心病病人分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。给予对照组病人常规护理模式,给予研究组病人纽曼保健护理模式,对两组病人干预前后自我管理能力及生活质量进行分析比较,并调查两组病人的护理满意度。[结果]干预后研究组病人自我管理能力及生活质量各项指标得分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组病人满意度为95.0%,高于对照组的67.5%(P<0.05)。[结论]纽曼保健护理模式能有效提高老年冠心病病人的自我管理能力及生活质量,促进病人病情恢复,且提高病人满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of Neuman health care model on the self management ability and quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from Janurary 2016 to August 2016 were randomly divided into control group and research group according to the random digital table method,40 cases in each.The patiens incontrol group were given routine nursing,and the patients instudy group were given Neuman health care model.The self management ability and quality of life of the patients in two groups were analyzed,and the nursing satisfaction of patients were investigated and analyzed.Results:The self management ability(first aid management,life management,food management,medication management,bad habits management,sports management,emotion management)and quality of life(physiological function,role-physical function,physical pain,mental health,energy,social function,emotional function,mental health)of patients in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in study group was 67.5%,which was significantly higher than that of 67.5% in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Neuman health care model can effectively improve the self-management ability and quality of life of elderly patients with coronary heart disease,to speed up the patient's recovery rate,and patients with high satisfaction,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
