同型半胱氨酸、超敏C反应蛋白、胱抑素C和纤维蛋白原与急性脑梗死患者关系的研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析(Hcy)同型半胱氨酸、(Cys-C)胱抑素C、(hs-CRP)超敏C反应蛋白及(FIB)纤维蛋白原和急性脑梗死患者的关系。方法方便选取该院2015年2月—2017年3月医治的78例急性脑梗死患者及78名健康体检者资料,将78例急性脑梗死患者设研究组,78名健康体检者设对照组,比对两组FIB、hs-CRP、Cys-C、Hcy水平、神经功能缺损程度和hs-CRP、Hcy、FIB水平的关系及阳性率。结果研究组FIB、hs-CRP等水平(3.78±1.13)g/L、(8.41±9.70)mg/L较对照组高,重型脑梗死的hs-CRP、Hcy、FIB水平(15.61±6.64)mg/L、(22.19±9.02)μmmol/L、(5.71±1.59)g/L较轻型、中型脑梗死高,四项联合测验的阳性率94.87%较单项测验FIB 60.25%、Cys-C 58.97%、hs-CRP 57.69%、Hcy 55.12%高(P<0.05)。结论 FIB、hs-CRP、Cys-C及Hcy联合检测在急性脑梗死中具较高的诊断价值。 Objective To analyze the correlation between the Homocysteine, hypersensitivity C reactive protein, Cystatin C and fibrinogen and patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Convenient selection 78 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction and 78 cases of healthy physical examination persons in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2017 were selected and were respectively used as the research group and control group, and the correlation between the FIB, hsCRP, Cys-C, Hcy level, nerve function defect degree and hs-CRP, Hcy, FIB levels and positive rates were compared between the two groups. Results The FIB and hs-CRP levels in the research group were respectively(3.78 ±1.13)g/L and(8.41 ±9.70)mg/L, which were higher than those in the control group, and the hs-CRP, Hcy and FIB levels in the severe cerebral infarction group were respectively(15.61±6.64)mg/L,(22.19±9.02) μmmol/L,(5.71±1.59)g/L, which were higher than those in the mild and moderate cerebral infarction groups, and the positive rates of four items was 94.87%, which was higher than that of single test FIB 60.25%,Cys-C 58.97%,hs-CRP 57.69%,Hcy 55.12%(P〈0.05). Conclusion The value of combined test of FIB, hs-CRP, Cys-C and Hcy in diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction is high.
