比较股骨粗隆间骨折髓外固定系统与髓内固定系统的治疗效果

Comparison of Treatment Effect of Intertrochanter Fracture of Femur Marrow External Fixation System and Internal Fixation System

目的探讨髓外固定系统与髓内固定系统治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法整群选取2014年2月—2016年11月该院收治的118例股骨粗隆间骨折患者为研究对象,依据治疗方式将入选病例分为实验组(髓内固定,59例)和对照组(髓外固定,59例)。比较观察两组基本治疗指标、并发症及术后髋关节功能恢复情况,统计并发症。结果实验组手术时间(86.2±11.7)min、术中出血量(154.7±36.3)m L,并发症发生率8.47%,Harris评分(84.3±9.0)分,各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论髓外、髓内固定系统治疗股骨粗隆间骨折均具备良好疗效,但髓内固定术后并发症少,髋关节功能恢复好,更具备临床使用价值,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of intertrochanter fracture of femur marrow external fixation system and internal fixation system. Methods Group selection 118 cases of patients with intertrochanter fracture admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2014 to November 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method with 59 cases in each, and the basic treatment indexes, recovery of complications and postoperative hip joint function recovery were compared between the two groups and the complications were counted. Results The operation time, intraoperative bleeding amount, incidence rate of complications and Harris score were respectively（86.2±11.7）min,（154.7 ±36.3）m L, 8.47%,（84.3 ±9.0）points in the experimental group, which were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of intertrochanter fracture of femur marrow external fixation system and internal fixation system is good, but the complications after the marrow internal fixation system are few, and the hip joint recovery is good, which is of clinical application value, and it is worth promotion and application.
