口腔外科门诊拔牙中严重并发症的临床治疗研究

Clinical Research on Treatment of Serious Complications in the Teeth Removal in the Oral Surgery Clinic

目的研究口腔外科门诊拔牙中国严重并发症的临床治疗。方法方便选择2014年5月—2016年5月医院口腔外科门诊拔牙中产生严重并发症的患者,共114例,所有患者均采用常规拔牙方法进行拔牙治疗,针对患者不同的并发症类型,分别采取不同措施进行治疗。对所有患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,总结并发症类型,治疗方法及治疗效果。结果口腔外科门诊拔牙中,常见的严重并发症包括术后感染、术后出血、下颌骨骨折、组织内断针、牙齿残根误入上颌窦、牙齿根尖进入槽神经管、下颌阻生牙误入舌侧间隙等;治疗后,所有患者治疗总有效率均达到了100.00%。结论在口腔外科门诊拔牙中,可能发生一些严重并发症,及时采取有效的措施进行治疗,均能够取得理想的治疗效果。

Objective To research the clinical treatment of serious complications in the teeth removal in the oral surgery clinic. Methods 114 cases of patients with serious complications in the teeth removal in the oral surgery clinic from May 2014 to May 2016 were convenient selected and all patients adopted the routine method for teeth removal according to different complications types, and the clinical data of all patients were retrospectively analyzed and the complication type,treatment method and treatment effect were summarized. Results The common serious complications in the teeth removal in the oral surgery clinic included the postoperative infection, postoperative bleeding, fracture of the mandible, the broken needle in the tissue and the residual root of the tooth strayed into the maxillary sinus and the root of the tooth into the groove canal and the mandibular impacted tooth strayed into the lingual space, after treatment, the total effective rate of all patients reached 100.00%. Conclusion It is likely to produce the some serious complications in the teeth removal in the oral surgery clinic, and adopting the effective measures for treatment in time can obtain an ideal treatment effect.
