康复新液联合生长因子及红外线照射治疗三期压疮的临床效果观察 被引量:1

Observation on Clinical Effect of Kang Fuxin Liquid and Growth Factor and Infrared Radiation in Treatment of Third-stage Pressure Sores

摘要 目的探讨康复新液联合生长因子及红外线照射治疗三期压疮的临床效果。方法方便选取2011年1月—2016年12月该院发生三期压疮的108例患者进行观察,根据随机数字法将其分为常规组54例和三联组54例,常规组患者予以常规消毒清创、聚维酮碘及云南白药治疗,三联组患者在常规消毒清创的基础上予以康复新液、红外线照射联合生长因子治疗,并比较两组患者临床疗效、创面结痂时间、患者舒适度、患者满意度、住院费用和住院时间等。结果三联组患者临床治疗总有效率(94.44%vs.74.07%)显著高于常规组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规组患者患者舒适度、患者满意度、住院费用和住院时间分别为(14.5±2.6)d、(18.6±6.5)分、(83.5±4.4)分、(4 688.3±266.1)元、(33.3±10.2)d,三联组患者为(8.0±1.4)d、(14.1±2.3)分、(92.2±2.7)分、(2 245.4±296.5)元、(26.6±4.7)d,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复新液联合生长因子及红外线照射对三期压疮具有显著临床效果,且能加速创面愈合,该方法值得推广应用。 Objective To discuss the clinical effect of kang fuxin liquid and growth factor and Infrared radiation in treatment of third-stage pressure sores. Methods 108 cases of patients with third-stage pressure sores from January 2011 to December 2016 were convenient selected for observation and randomly divided into two groups with 54 cases in each, the routine group were treated with routine disinfection and debridement, povidone iodine and yunnan baiyao, and the triple group were treated with kang fuxin liquid and growth factor and infrared radiation on the basis of the routine group, and the clinical curative effect, wound scabbing time, comfort degree of patients, satisfactory degree, hospitalization cost and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the triple group was obviously higher than that in the routine group(94.44% vs 74.07%), and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P〈0.05), and the differences in the comfort degree of patients, satisfactory degree, hospitalization cost and length of stay between the routine group and the triple group were statistically significant [(14.5±2.6)d,(18.6±6.5)points,(83.5±4.4)points,(4 688.3±266.1)yuan,(33.3±10.2)d vs(8.0±1.4)d,(14.1±2.3)points,(92.2±2.7)points,(2 245.4±296.5)yuan,(26.6±4.7)d](P〈0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of kang fuxin liquid and growth factor and Infrared radiation in treatment of third-stage pressure sores is obvious, which can accelerate the wound healing, and it is worth promotion and application.
