紫草清癜汤加减治疗过敏性紫癜的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Modified Zicao Qingdian Tang in Treatment of Henoch Schonlein Purpura

目的探析紫草清癜汤加减治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果。方法方便选取该院在2012年1月—2016年12月期间就诊的78例小儿过敏性紫癜患儿,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,各为39例,对照组采取西医治疗,治疗组给予紫草清癜汤加减治疗,比较两组治疗效果、皮肤紫癜消失时间、腹痛关节痛消失时间及治愈时间等。结果治疗组总有效率为92.31%与对照组74.36%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组皮肤紫癜消失时间(7.3±1.4)d、腹痛消失时间(3.1±1.5)d、关节痛消失时间(8.4±1.4)d与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率2.56%与对照组20.51%比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论紫草清癜汤加减治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果确切,缩短其病程,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of modified zicao qingdian tang in treatment of henoch schonlein purpura.Methods 78 cases of children with henoch schonlein purpura diagnosed in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 39 cases in each, the control group and the treatment group were respectively treated with western medicine and modified zaicao qingdian tang, and the treatment effect, disappearance time of skin purpura and bellyache and joint pain and cure time were compared between the two groups. Results The difference in the total treatment effective rate between the treatment group and the control group was obvious（92.31% vs 74.36%）（P〈0.05）, and the disappearance time of skin purpura and bellyache and joint pain in the treatment group was respectively（7.3±1.4）d,（3.1±1.5）d and（8.4±1.4）d, and the differences between the two groups were obvious（P〈0.05）, and the difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group was obvious（2.56% vs20.51%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of modified zicao qingdian tang in treatment of henoch schonlein purpura is definite, which can shorten the disease course with fewer adverse reactions, and it is worth clinical promotion.
