摘要
煤矿井下发生火灾后通常采用隔绝灭火的方法来灭火,一般难以短时间内封闭预留孔洞,救护人员在封闭火区期间的人身安全很难保障,为了解决该问题,设计出一种快速封孔装置。介绍了快速封孔装置的构造、快速封孔作业流程,以及抗爆性、密闭试验情况。快速封孔装置制造简单,具有防爆、密闭性好、运送方便等优点,使用该装置可以在3~5 min内完成封孔作业,可极大提高封孔效率,保障封孔救护人员的安全。
Fire enclosure is usually adopted for isolating the mine fire area after the fire happened,in this case,the reserved holes are difficult to be sealed in a short time and the safety of the rescue personnel in the operation period of fire enclosure is difficult to guarantee,for solving this problem,a quick hole-sealing device was designed. The paper described the structure of this quick hole-sealing device,the operation procedures of quickly sealing holes,the anti-knock property of the device and the sealing test. This quick hole-sealing device has the advantages of simple manufacturing,explosion-proof,good tightness,convenient transportation and so on,the use of this device can complete the hole-sealing operation within 3 min to5 min,which greatly improved the sealing efficiency and guarantee the safety of the hole-sealing operators.
