针刺联合穴位按摩治疗乳腺癌患者化疗胃肠道反应的临床疗效

Clinical effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint massage on gastrointestinal reaction after chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer

目的:观察针刺联合穴位按摩对乳腺癌患者化疗后胃肠道反应的临床疗效,发掘针刺及穴位按摩在治疗化疗后胃肠道反应的优势,为改善乳腺癌化疗患者的生活质量提供一种新的途径。方法:60例乳腺癌患者随机分成两组,治疗组采用针刺联合穴位按摩治疗,对照组采用盐酸雷莫司琼治疗,评价患者化疗后恶心、呕吐等情况。结果:治疗组与对照组化疗后恶心、呕吐控制的有效率分别是86.7%和73.3%。结论:针刺联合穴位按摩防治乳腺癌化疗后导致的胃肠道反应疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the acupuncture combined with massage on gastrointestinal tract reaction after chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer and to explore its treatment advantage,providing a new way to improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy. Methods： All 60 cases of patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups,including treatment group by acupuncture combined with massage therapy,the control group treated with Ramosetron Hydrochloride treatment,evaluating nausea,vomiting and so on after chemotherapy. Results： The effective rate of nausea and vomiting in the treatment group and control group were 86. 7% and 73. 3% respectively. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with acupoint massage on gastrointestinal reaction caused by chemotherapy in patients with breast cancer is accurate.
