摘要
目的:探讨钼-锝发生器的时间淋洗曲线,为临床钼-锝高效淋洗提供指导。方法:应用母-子体系放射性活度衰减公式计算不同时间淋洗活度,并绘制时间淋洗曲线。在不同时间段实际测量淋洗活度,绘制时间淋洗曲线。对比两者差异。结果:实际测量和理论计算差别不显著,应用于两级蜕变链的母-子体放射性平衡关系公式计算,4小时后淋洗获得初始量的30%左右,8小时后约50%,12小时约60%,24小时约70%;实际测量4小时后可获得约40%,8小时约50%,12小时约60%,16小时约70%,24小时约80%。结论:临床第1次淋洗后,间隔4小时淋洗可以迅速获得较大活度剂量的游离99Tcm淋洗液;间隔8小时内的淋洗,留16小时的平衡积累时间,对第二天的淋洗产量影响不到10%。
Objective: To study the ^99Tc^m elution curve of ^99Mo-^99Tc^m generator by calculation and measurement.Methods: The ^99Tc^m production-time curve of ^99Mo-^99Tc^m generator was calculated by activity attenuation formula and measured by radioactivity calibrator. The result was contrasted. Results: There was no significant difference between calculation and measurement. There was 30% ^99Tc^m production after 4 hour than initial dose by calculation,and50% after eight hours,about 60% after 12 hours by,about 70% after 24 hours. There was 40% ^99Tc^m production after4 hour than initial dose by measurement,and 50% after eight hours,about 60% after 12 hours by,about 70% after 16 hours,about 80% after 24 hours. Conclusion: After the first washed out,it could quickly obtain more activity ^99Tc^m after 4 hours. There was no more than 10% yield different if the washed out in 8 hour and keep the balance time more than 16 hours.
