摘要
舒尔茨的经济理论,对现代企业的人力资源管理有着重要的启示和借鉴作用。本文通过对现阶段建筑企业的人力资源状况的考察,分析建筑企业人力资源存在的问题,并结合舒尔茨的人力资源管理及企业管理思想,探讨解决问题的具体措施与方法。
Schultz,s economic theory has significant enlightenment and reference functions to human resource management of modern enterprises. Based on an investigation of current human resource situation in construction enterprises, this paper analyzes relevant human resource problems in construction enterprises. By applying Schultz,s concepts concerning human resource man-agement and enterprise management, it explores specific measures and solution methods.
