摘要 以一组同分异构体的新型环保制冷剂HFO-1234yf与HFO-1234ze为研究对象,在定温条件下对纯HFO-1234yf制冷剂以及HFO-1234yf与HFO1234ze混合制冷剂在反应釜内合成水合物的过程进行测试以及记录。结果表明,在环境温度为0.1℃条件下,HFO-1234yf水合物合成的诱导时间短,蓄冷量大,相变压力较低,是较为理想的蓄冷工质;HFO-1234ze难以合成水合物,同时使HFO-1234yf水合物的诱导时间增长,蓄冷量减少,相变压力增高,产生抑制作用。 Based on the research object of the new refrigerant HFO-1234 yf and HFO-1234 ze which is couple of isomers and better for environment protection,the paper tests and records the date during the hydrate synthesis of pure refrigerant HFO-1234 yf and mixed refrigerant of HFO-1234 yf and HFO1234 ze in the reactor under the constant temperature condition. The results show that,under the environment temperature of 0. 1 ℃,HFO-1234 yf hydrate has shorter induction period,larger cold storage capacity and lower phase transition pressure. It is an ideal storage medium. HFO-1234 ze is difficult to synthesize the hydrate,and will longer the induction period of HFO-1234 yf hydrate,reduce the cold storage capacity,increase the phase transition pressure,resulting in inhibition of effect.
