摘要
提出了一种应用遥感(RS)与地理信息系统(GIS)等对城市片区停车场空间光伏生产潜力进行综合测评的方法,并对操作流程以及约束条件设置进行了分析与阐述。以天津市某大学校园作为测试环境,对该片区的停车系统光伏潜力进行了分析,得出其重点发展区域,为未来城市电动汽车新能源改造潜力计算提供基础方法支持。
This paper presents a method for assessing photovoltaic potential of parking system in urban areas,with the application of Remote Sensing(RS) and G eographical Information System(GIS). The advantage of this method comes first. Next is the description and analysis of the operational processes and the constraints set. At last,the study tests this method on a university in Tianjin,analyzes the photovoltaic potential of parking system in this area and finds out the prioritizing region. The study provides the basic method support for calculating the potential of new energy vehicles transformation in the future.
